Accommodations
Gedong Bali Family Homestay is a 500-year-old family compound built as a traditional Balinese residence with a Hindu temple inside. Each room is a separate bungalow with stone and wood carvings, a private terrace, and a marble-floored veranda. The rooms have air conditioning, a comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom with hot shower.
Dining
Breakfast is served on the terrace and includes fresh fruit, a banana pancake, and a pot of coffee. The breakfast offerings are limited to two choices but are prepared fresh each morning. The property also has a small fridge and kettle in the room for guests' convenience.
Cultural Experience & Family
The host, Mr. Mangku, is a Hindu priest who lives on site with his family. Guests can view the family temple and observe daily offerings and rituals. The family offers airport pickup and drop-off, as well as guided day tours to Ubud sights at reasonable rates.

A small pool is tucked into the courtyard and is available for guest use. The grounds include leafy gardens, statues, and carved wooden reliefs throughout the compound. The property has a terrace with garden view and a quiet atmosphere despite being close to the town center.
